Many Evangelicals claim to have high view of scripture.

But those look OK here don't have high view of scripture.

The pick and choose which verses to follow.

And the conveniently choose to misinterpret certain passages to justify their homophobia.

It's harmful and toxic theology and it needs to stop.

So I did and got the Millennium Falcon.

I've been working on it for four months now.

I was going to tell you that it's taken this long because I'm just sooooo busy.

But the truth is that it's taken this long because I really don't want to finish it.

It's like a good book that you don't want to end. So I've been stalling. A lot.

It's a really great meditative experience, with some frustration along the way. But the frustration has always been user error. With some patience, the mistakes are always able to be fixed.

Unfortunately, it's getting time to close this book and start a new one.

I have a Lego set of a giraffe to work on next. The giraffe is my favorite animal. It just wants to hang out and eat leaves. So chill.

You might have deconstructed from toxic religion.

Highly recommend this book to anyone deconstructing or wondering what they might do next. Great stuff!

The resurrection reveals these are lies.

The truth is that God only comes to you in the Spirit of peace and forgiveness.

In 2019, he tattooed my other arm. It's a 10th century fresco of Jesus breaking down the gates of hell, defeating satan, and dragging all of humanity out with him.

This time he is doing the Transfiguration of Jesus. Jesus takes some of his disciples up a mountain and they see Jesus transformed into dazzling white, along with Moses and Elijah standing next to him. The tattoo is based on an ancient icon.

Luke does fantastic work and he has a great personality. If you're in the Portland area and looking for a tattoo artist, he's a high recommend.
