The Bread of Life and the Bread of Death

Scripture - John 6:35-40

Jesus claims to be the Bread of Life. That means that there is bread that leads to death. The dehumanizing of others is a rotten bread that destroys our souls. We are seeing this rotten bread throughout our world and our country. But Jesus calls us to eat the Bread of Life so we are consumed with God's love that seeks justice.
